Eurovision 2024: Draws for the running order in the Grand Final

See the results of the draws for the Grand Final of the Eurovision Song Contest 2024. The draws determine which half of the Grand Final each country will participate in

Shortly after each of the Semi-finals ends, the Grand Final qualifiers will be part of a draw to determine which half of the Grand Final they'll participate in.

Each finalist drew for the running order in the Grand Final with three possible outcomes:

  • First half (6 places in total)
  • Second half (6 places in total)
  • "Producer's choice" (13 places in total)

If a country draws "Producer's choice," this year's show producer, SVT, can freely decide where in the running order they'll put the country for the Grand Final.

Based on the draw, the producer of Eurovision 2024 will decide the running order for the Grand Final. The running order will be decided and announced shortly after Thursday's Semi-final 2 by Swedish producer and broadcaster SVT, and approved by the EBU.

The Big-5 countries took part in a draw on Saturday, 4 May. It has already been decided via a draw that Sweden will perform as song number 1 in the Grand Final.

What is "PRODUCER DECIDES"?

This year, there are some changes to how the Running Order of the Grand Final is decided.

If a country draws "Producer's choice," this year's show producer, SVT, can freely decide where they'll put the country in the running order for the Grand Final.
