Croatia: Marko Bošnjak wins Dora 2025 with "Poison Cake"
After three shows of Dora 2025, it's been decided: Marko Bošnjak has won with the song "Poison Cake" and will represent Croatia at the Eurovision Song Contest 2025
Baby Lasagna's successor has been selected tonight as the Final of Croatia's Dora 2025 was held.
After the 16 performances, Marko Bošnjak was declared winner of Dora 2025 and will represent Croatia at the Eurovision Song Contest 2025 with the song "Poison Cake."
The votes to determine who won the Final was decided by 25% Croatian jury, 25% international jury, and 50% public voting.
"Poison Cake" was written by Bas Wissink, Ben Pyne, Emma Gale, and Marko Bošnjak.

Marko Bošnjak
Marko Bošnjak (21), born in Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegovina, is a singer who gained prominence after winning the second season of the Serbian talent show Pinkove Zvezdice in 2016.
In 2022, he participated in Dora with his debut single "Moli za nas," securing second place. He continued his musical journey with singles like "Pjesma za kraj" (2022), "Spokojan" (2023), and "Nema" (2023).
Beyond music, he is set to compete on the ninth season of the Croatian edition of Your Face Sounds Familiar in 2025.

Croatia in Eurovision
Croatia has participated in Eurovision Song Contest 29 times since their debut in 1993. The first victory for Croatia in Eurovision is yet to come. The best result is from 2024 where Baby Lasagna finished 2nd with "Rim Tim Tagi Dim."
Since the introduction of the Semi-finals in 2004, Croatia has qualified for the Grand Final 9 out of 18 times. They withdrew from Eurovision 2014 and 2015 due to financial limitations and poor results in the contest.
