Justyna Steczkowska to Eurovision 2025 for Poland with "Gaja"
Justyna Steczkowska will represent Poland at the Eurovision Song Contest 2025 with the song "Gaja" after winning Wielki Finał Polskich Kwalifikacji 2025
Poland is the most recent country to be Eurovision 2025-ready.
The country's Eurovision broadcaster (TVP) has held their new national selection competition – Wielki Finał Polskich Kwalifikacji 2025 – and selected their representative for Basel.
After the 11 performances the public voted; Justyna Steczkowska was declared winner of Polskie Kwalifikacje 2025 and will therefore represent Poland at the Eurovision Song Contest 2025 with the song "Gaja."
"Gaja" was written by Dominic Buczkowski-Wojtaszek, Emilian Waluchowski, Justyna Steczkowska, and Patryk Kumór.
Wielki Finał Polskich Kwalifikacji 2025
Tonight's show was broadcast live from Warsaw and hosted by four different entertainers: Artur Orzech and Michał Szpak (Poland 2016); Grzegorz Dobek and Aleksandra Budka from the green room.
Baby Lasagna (Croatia 2024) opened the show with "Rim Tim Tagi Dim" and served as an interval act as well. Michał Szpak also took the stage to perform "Color of Your Life."
Justyna Steczkowska
Justyna Maria Steczkowska is 52-year-old Polish singer, songwriter, photographer, and actress.
Her music passion grew thanks to her family influence, with whom she was part of a band before pursuing her solo career. With 15 studio albums, Justyna is a big name within the Poland music industry and has even represented the country before in Eurovision 1995 with the song "Sama."
On top of that, throughout her career Justyna joined the cast of various talent shows such as Dancing With The Stars (as a contestant) and The Voice of Poland as a coach. She's won the show multiple times with her contestants.

Polskie Kwalifikacje 2025 took place on Friday 14 February 2025 in Telewizja Polska, Warsaw, and was hosted by Artur Orzech and Michał Szpak.
Poland in Eurovision
Poland has participated 26 times since 1994, when we saw them in the Eurovision Song Contest for the first time. Their debut year was also their most successful, finishing 2nd. They have only finished in the top 10 in 3 out of their 26 appearances. Their worst result was in 2011, when they finished last in their Semi-final.
Since the introduction of the Semi-finals in 2004, Poland has qualified for the Grand Final 8 out of 18 times.
