Ireland: Artists and songs for Eurosong 2024 revealed
All the six acts for Ireland's Eurovision 2024 selection show have been revealed. It's time to vote in our poll: Who should win Eurosong 2024?
The Irish talk show "The Late Late Show" will again be used to select Ireland's representative for Eurovision in a special show.
Six participants will compete in The Late Late Eurosong 2024 Special. The winner will represent Ireland at the Eurovision Song Contest 2024.
The six acts have all been revealed this week on The Ray D'Arcy Show on RTÉ Radio 1:
A total of 378 entries have been submitted to the Irish broadcaster RTÉ. A jury panel with music industry professionals and Eurovision fans have selected the participants for Eurosong 2024.
The Late Late Eurosong 2024 Special takes place on 26 January at 22:35 CET live from Studio 4, RTÉ Television Centre in Dublin.
Ireland in Eurovision
Ireland holds the record for the most victories in the Eurovision Song Contest together with Sweden: Seven victories! Six of these victories were in the '80s and '90s:

Ireland has been part of Eurovision since 1965, with 56 appearances since then. They have qualified for the Grand Final 8 out of 19 times since the introduction of the Semi-finals in 2004. They finished last in their Semi-finals in 2019 and 2021.
