Eurovision 2016: Voting Order & Spokespersons

EBU has revealed the voting order and spokespersons for tonight's Grand Final

As the previous years, the voting order has been determined by the broadcaster. Other years the voting order was decided by an algorithm to try to make the voting as exciting as possible, based on the results from last night's Jury Final. This year the jury votes a split from the televotes, so the order is determined based on technical and operational logistics.
