Belarus 2019: ZENA releases "Like It" music video

Zena from Belarus has released the official music video of her Eurovision 2019 song "Like It"

With just a few days away from the first semifinal of the 2019 Eurovision Song Contest, ZENA, the 2019 Belarus representative has released her official music video.

ZENA's entry "Like It" is a young, modern and vibrant song and portrays this vibe in her music video. The video was directed by Albert Plekhov and Andrei Tsar and filmed a few weeks before her rehearsals in Tel Aviv.

ZENA will perform her song in the first semifinal which is scheduled for Tuesday 14th May 2019.

Who is ZENA?

Born in 2002, Zinaida Alexandrovna Kupriyanovich is the youngest participant in the 2019 edition of the Eurovision Song Contest. ZENA is known as one of the three hosts of the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2018 which was held in Belarus.

ZENA won the national selection where she scored a total of 69 out of a maximum 70 points from the jury. This year the Belarusian National Broadcaster, BTRC, opted to drop the public vote and stick to juries.

Belarus 2007: Dmitry Koldun - "Work Your Magic"

Belarus haven't had the greatest success in Eurovision history. They have participated every year since 2004, but only qualified for the Grand Final five times.

Their best result is a 6th place with the 2007-entry Work Your Magic performed by Dmitry Koldun. This is their only Top-15 position in Eurovision.
